Sales CRM Platform: Having a sales CRM in place will ensure you effectively manage all your sales activities like monitoring new leads, having visibility over project opportunities/tenders and managing your client database. This is only one aspect of an effective CRM. We recommend HubSpot because it is easily customisable, affordable and user-friendly.
03 MARKETING
Website: Create a website that is easily navigable and includes well-written content to assist your business with Search Engine Optimisation (when people google your services and business). Include strong, relevant images along with any icons, infographics and process graphs to clearly communicate your business offering.
Capability Statement: Create a 6-12 pg. document that ideally highlights the below:
- About Us , purpose, values, tagline
- What We Do/Services/Expertise
- Sectors you operate across
- Team - photos, titles, short bios if app.
- Snapshot of Experience - case studies, feature projects with images and short spiels
- Testimonials
- Contact Details - phone, email, website, social media icons, location/offices
Social Media Presence: For most businesses a LinkedIn account is imperative. Not only does it provide your brand credibility but acts as a lead generation tool and connecting with the right people to grow your business. Instagram, Facebook and TikTok is also being more utilised amongst the CRE sector.
Vehicle Wrapping: Increase brand awareness and reinforce credibility with your logo, tagline, key services and contact details on your vehicle/s.
Business Cards & Email Signature: Organise business cards that clearly highlight your expertise and sectors and set-up a professional email signature.
Uniforms: Your uniform reflects your brand image and builds brand awareness. Think collared polos, denim shirts and caps with embroidery.
It is the little things that make your brand memorable, an animated email signature is one of them. Display your recently completed projects, new service offering or highlight a company anniversary.
